As a Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor & a National Approved Clinical Supervisor, it is a great privilege for Maya to walk alongside individuals as they are growing and becoming their best selves. Maya specializes in helping people establish and maintain healthy boundaries, practice assertive communication, heal from trauma, manage stress, and more. She believes the relationship between therapist and client allows for the opportunity to create a safe space for healing from mental health issues, addictions, trauma, and life stress through openness and transparency.

Services
Maya takes great joy in being able to assist you in creating personal wholeness and authenticity. She works with people of all ethnic backgrounds, and sexual orientations. Maya works with adolescents 10 and older, teenagers, and with adults. Her personal goal as a therapist is to support you as you all work together to help you achieve your goals. She provides individual, couple’s, family, and group counseling sessions. Additionally, she utilizes a combination of evidenced-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Systemic Family Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
She also provides the following services:

Insurance
At present we are not accepting any insurance carriers for service.
Pricing
Individual Therapy – $120 per session
Couples Therapy – $180 per session
Family Therapy – $180 per session
Group Therapy – $40 per session
Professional Consultation (For Mental Health Professionals) – $120 per consultation Individual Clinical Supervision – $80 per session Group Clinical Supervision (twice per month, maximum of 6) – $65 per individual per month
Each session is approximately 55 minutes.
